How to buy at Capriche?
Choose the garments you want from the product categories.
View the product(s) you are interested in by clicking on it. By placing your mouse cursor over the image, you will get an enlarged photo to see details and the back of the product, composition, available sizes, and price (prices include VAT).
Select a garment and add the item to your cart. You can then choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
Choose your desired payment method (Paypal, Card, Bizum or Deferred Payment -Aplazame, bank transfer always via telephone).
Complete your order.
Once your order is placed, if the requested item is not in stock, you will receive a response within a maximum of 72 working hours to choose to exchange it for another item or receive a refund.
It IS POSSIBLE that there is no stock because the items are in the physical store, even if you were able to purchase the product. Please keep this in mind.
If available, the amount will be charged using the method you used to make the purchase, and you will receive your order at home within a short shipping period to enjoy it!
*This period IS NOT VALID if the product's notes indicate a different delivery period.
If you prefer to pay by DEPOSIT or BANK TRANSFER, call us at 965087908/654831043 and we will inform you about the purchase procedure.
Please review the "More info" section attached to the item you wish to purchase before making your purchase. The product may be "Sold Out/Pre-sale/ or Not Available in the color shown in the photo."
Remember that we also have the free option: IN-STORE PICKUP.
Purchases made by bank transfer will delay shipping days!
If you place an order with several products and one of them is a PRE-ORDER. The entire order will be shipped when the PRE-ORDER product arrives.

Exchanges and Returns
What are the requirements for size changes and returns?
At Capriche, we want all our customers to be delighted with their orders!
Therefore, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
you can send it back to us.
Returns are NOT accepted for:
- ACCESSORIES / COMPLEMENTS
- Items that have been purchased on order and/or have been customized.
If you have returned an item that cannot be returned, we will contact
you and send it back to you with shipping charges due.
What is the maximum period for size exchanges and returns?
The deadline for canceling an order is 14 calendar days from the day the purchase is received, in accordance with the provisions of the Retail Trade Law of Spanish Territory. Within these 14 calendar days, the product must arrive at Capriche. *Not applicable to shipments outside the Peninsula.
-Returns of products outside of this period will not be accepted.
What is the cost for a size exchange or return?
The buyer will be responsible for returning the garments to us in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received, so the cost will depend on the shipping agency they use. Subsequently, the size exchange will be sent to you free of charge or a refund will be issued in case of a return.
How do I exchange for a different size or return an item?
1- You can drop off the garment at our physical boutique in Alicante.
2- Ship the garments at your own expense with the courier of your choice.
The buyer will be responsible for sending the garments back to us in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received, properly packaged and protected by the chosen method, including the product tags. They must not be used, damaged, stained, or have body odor or perfume. If Capriche detects that the product has been used, we will proceed with the cancellation of the return. You could always claim your product by paying the shipping and processing fees.
We need the package to clearly state the DETAILS of the person returning it and whether they want a refund or an exchange for another product.

*For orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, only returns at the customer's expense are possible, under no circumstances size exchanges. Capriche will also not be responsible for customs or similar charges.
* If a VOLUNTARY cancellation is made by the customer and payment has been made via Paypal, the fees that Paypal generates for Capriche for order processing will be deducted from the refund.
In case of defect, it is necessary to notify any possible errors or damages within 48 hours of receiving the order by calling 965 087 908 or emailing pedidos@caprstoreiche.com.
*CAPRICHE reserves the right to deny the purchase and issue a refund if anything unusual is observed in said purchase.

How to change a size?
- To exchange for a different size, call us at 96 508 7908 or 654 831043 and let us know the size you need so we can reserve it for you. We can only process the exchange if the size you need is in stock.
Then, send us the garment that doesn't fit you (this shipping is at your expense), and once we receive it and verify that everything is in order, we will send you the garment in the size you need
(this shipping is at our expense).
- Go to the website www.caprstoreiche.com and you can check instantly if your size is
available for the requested item. If so, call us at 965087908/ 654831043 and we will
process the exchange. If, on the other hand, the size is not listed, it is no longer available. If you request an exchange but there is no sizing, it will be considered a return and processed as such.
- Send us the garment you want to exchange; these shipping costs are indeed borne by the customer, and we will send you the new size free of charge.
- You can only make one free size exchange per order.
- If you need to return an item for which an exchange has already been processed, you have 14 business days from the date you receive the new item to request its return.
When and how will I receive the amount of my exchange or refund?
The refund will be issued using the same payment method chosen by the customer.
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 20 days from the cancellation or return.
What items are not eligible for exchanges and returns?
Returns are NOT accepted on:
- ACCESSORIES
- Items that have been purchased to order and/or have been customized.
If you have returned an item that cannot be returned, we will contact you and send
it back to you freight collect.
Can I return or exchange a size on a pre-order item? What is the timeframe?
Presale items can be returned or exchanged just like other products, unless otherwise specified.

How can I tell when my order is ready?
Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the package leaves the
store, you will receive an email to confirm that your order has been shipped and that you will receive it within
24-48 hours if you are in the Peninsula.
However, if you have any questions, you can contact us and we will inform you of your order status.

Financing conditions:
- When applying for the loan, you will be asked to make an initial down payment. The amount of your loan will be the amount of your basket minus that initial down payment. That is the amount we will finance in the number of installments you choose. For example, a 6-month financing implies 7 payments, one at the time the credit is granted and 6 payments in each of the 6 months following the purchase.
- Payments are made with the card provided by the customer to Aplazame.
- The SMS sent by Aplazame for processing the credit application has no cost to you.
Example of financing with APLAZAME for a basket of €1,000.00 over 12 months, with payments starting 20 days after the application. An initial down payment of €85.63 is requested, which the user must pay by card at the time of the transaction.
